Data We Collect

  • Account information: email address and hashed password
  • API keys: LLM provider keys you configure (stored server-side for AI operations)
  • Content you create: agents, chat messages, documents, manuscripts, plans, recipes, forum posts, and custom tool data
  • Usage metrics: aggregate token consumption and feature usage for platform health monitoring
  • Subscription data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers for billing

How We Use Your Data

  • Session management: cookies are used solely to maintain your login session
  • AI operations: your API keys are used to call LLM providers on your behalf
  • Admin analytics: aggregate metrics (total users, token usage, feature adoption) help us maintain and improve the platform
  • Billing: Stripe handles all payment processing; we store only customer and subscription IDs

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do NOT sell your data to anyone.
  • We do NOT share your data with third-party advertisers.
  • We do NOT use your content to train AI models.
  • We do NOT track you across other websites.
  • We do NOT use analytics or tracking cookies beyond session management.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies are used. A localStorage flag records your cookie consent preference.

Your Rights

  • Access: view all your data through the application interface
  • Deletion: you can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page at any time
  • Portability: your content (documents, manuscripts, plans) can be exported as markdown files
  • Correction: update your account information through the Settings page

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, you may choose immediate deletion or a 30-day grace period. After the grace period (or immediately, if chosen), all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Admin Dashboard

Platform administrators have access to aggregate metrics (total users, token usage, subscription counts) for operational purposes. Individual user content is not monitored, profiled, or analyzed for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.

Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
  • LLM Providers: your API keys connect to providers you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) under their respective policies
